What is UTOPiAfest? UTOPiAfest returns to Reveille Peak Ranch, and to October on October 14-15, 2022(property on 13th). Along with expanded mountain biking and disc golf offerings, the nearby Highland Lakes will be accessible for cooling off before the stages kick off each day. The Thirteenth Annual UTOPiAfest will feature two, non-overlapping stages, BYOB, Hill Country, Beer, Wine, & Spirits, workshops and activities, and more.

Where is UTOPiAfest?
Reveille Peak Ranch in Burnet, TX - about an hour from Austin on October 14-16, 2021. Mountain biking over rugged granite outcrops, trail running through the gorgeous landscape, or just kicking back to enjoy the scenery, Reveille Peak Ranch offers activities for guests of all ages—and reminds us why the Central Texas lifestyle is so special.

Directions - 1996 CR 115, Burnet. Go past the main Reveille entrance. Take a left on CR 115, you’ll pass under a bridge before you get to the festival entrance/box office.

How Do Tickets Work? Each person attending needs a Weekend Pass or Sterling Pass. Sterling Pass includes entry from Wednesday-Saturday. Separate Thursday and Wednesday Passes are available for GA.

Weekend Passes include Free Parking and Tent Camping, with available shuttling to campgrounds. If you want to drive in and car camp, a Zone Vehicle Pass is Required. If you want to bring an RV, you need a pass for RV Hill or RV Villa. Tent camping is allowed in the areas as well. If you want RV Power, you must also purchase a RV Hookup Pass(RV Hill or Camp Sterling Only)

Kids and Teen Passes are available for younger UTOPiAns, and include Sterling entry with an adult Sterling Pass Holder.

When does the gate open/close and music begin? EARLY ARRIVAL WED - Gate Opens at Noon - Allows for guests to designate their camping area before anyone else, (Wednesday, Thursday, and Weekend Pass, or Sterling Pass Required) No activities or amenities.

THURSDAY October 13 pre-party: Gate Opens at Noon and music begins at 6:45pm (requires a pre-party wristband in addition to Friday or two-day pass). NO ENTRY AFTER 10PM

FRIDAY: gate opens at 10AMand music begins in the afternoon. NO ENTRY AFTER 9PM

SATURDAY: gate opens at 9AM and music begins in the afternoon. NO ENTRY AFTER 6PM

SUNDAY: Campers may enjoy the day and leave at their leisure.

CAMPING Tent camping is free. You may park in Free Day Parking, and hike or shuttle in. Car/RV Camping upgrades are available for all zones.

DRIVING With more car camping this year than ever, we ask that once you are parked, please keep driving and in/outs to a minimum, especially after dark. Park as close to roads as possible, and be aware of surroundings at all times.

SHUTTLES Golf cart and pedicab shuttles will be available for load in, campground taxi, etc.

Places on the map Welcome Tent/General Store - The hub, or nucleus, of the fest. Check in, and purchase wristbands, cases of beer, and ice. Lost and found. Find general information.

Free Day Parking - You can park for free if you’re just in for the day, or if you want to park for free and take your things into the campgrounds. Must have a Zone Vehicle Pass to drive in at any time.

Brown Bridge - Walkway to UTOPiA.

Fly Street - The Main Street of UTOPiA. Camping is available all the way down it, until the RV area. The camping loop road will diverge to the left(north, before the Family Camping area.

Family Camping - Available at Family Camping Red Zone, don’t need a special pass for tent camping. Vehicle Passes available. Zone is reserved for families with children.

First Aid - First aid is available for minor medical concerns. In event of an emergency, alert staff, who will coordinate with 9-11.

Workshop Tent - Home of workshops, and merch

Kids Camp - Where kids of all ages can enjoy daily programming of activities and special performances.

The Cantina - Enjoy Canteen and Real Ale Spirits, and a nice hang.

Beer & Wine Grove - Find beverages from Real Ale, Zilker Brewing, and William Chris Wines.

Food Forest - A wide variety of options to suit most dietary needs. Menu TBA.

Crafts - A variety of retail selections.

Honeycomb Dome - Beautiful hang space, morning yoga.

Disc Golf - Play the epic course anytime, sign up for Saturday tournament at Vibe Tent.

What food will be available?

Camp cooking is allowed and encouraged!

Is the festival BYOB?

YES! You may bring your own beverage, from the campgrounds to the stage area. Please support the festival with your beverage budget and purchase reasonably priced, delicious Hill Country drinks on site.

Are Golf Carts/ATVs/Other personal motor vehicles allowed?

No. Unauthorized motorized vehicles are not permitted at UTOPiAfest.

Do you have to camp?

There are many other great options if you decide not to camp. We’re only an hour from Austin!

You can also bring out the RV (RV pass required).

Are there power/electricity/water hookups for RVs?

Power hookup Upgrades are available for Camp Sterling and RV Hill. If you purchase a Sterling Pass, RV entry is included. If you get a Weekend Pass, you must also have a RV Hill Pass for RV entry.

Is there a quiet time in the campgrounds?

Extra Quiet time will be enforced between 2am - 9am each morning. No amplified music or drums allowed in campsites, unless explicitly permitted by the fest. Please respect your neighboring UTOPiAFest family by keeping the noise down.

Leave No Trace Please help festival sustainability and impact by taking out everything you bring, including waste. Leave excess packaging at home.

Are there showers?

Yes. A shower and bathroom building is available for use at Bathroom and Shower BUilding.

What’s the water situation?

There will be free drinking water and bottled water for sale. Bring plenty for camping.

Yes, Lost and Found will operate during festival hours at the Welcome Tent.. After Sunday at noon, all lost and found items will be moved off-site, where they will be held for 30 days.

Will fires/stoves be allowed?

Burn ban willing, there will be a bonfire, and many official fires. Campfires are allowed, but must never be unattended.

Are pets allowed?

UTOPiAFest has a strict no-pet policy, with exceptions only for service animals as specified by federal and state law. Due to large-scale service animal fraud and for the safety of our patrons, staff, and other service animals, all animals which do not meet the legal standards will not be allowed into the festival grounds. All service animals must be registered at the entrance gates. Please note, dogs (or other animals) whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support are not considered service animals by the ADA and and will not be allowed into the gates. Is UTOPiAFest ADA accessible?

We want to make sure that all music lovers have access to the festival experience! The festival grounds are wheelchair accessible and ADA bathrooms are provided. Should you have any questions, or to request reasonable accommodation, please contact info@utopiafest.com.

Can I Bring My Medication?

Yes, medications are allowed into the festival and campgrounds as long as they comply with the following: No over-the-counter medication is permitted unless in unopened, factory-sealed packaging. No vitamins or supplements of any kind are permitted. Prescription Medication can only be brought into the festival ground with the following: A valid photo ID (See list of acceptable forms of identification); Medication must be in original prescription bottle, in-date, legible, with name corresponding to photo ID; Only one type of medication per bottle (matching the description printed on bottle); Any prescription controlled substances may only be brought in quantities reasonable for your time at the festival. What about security?

Your health, safety and security are always our top priority. UTOPiAFest’s Safety Management team will continue to work closely with our public safety partners to raise our preparedness and ensure a safe, secure, and positive environment is provided for all attendees, artists, and staff.

What about weather?

UTOPiAFest is a rain or shine event. That said, your safety comes first. Should inclimate weather which may pose a risk to your health and safety force the cancellation of programing or evacuation of the festival grounds, no refunds will be issued. Texas weather can be unpredictable. Please keep an eye on the forecast, plan accordingly, and always listen to any updates from festival staff regarding your safety.

Will I be searched?

To ensure the safety of our UTOPiAFest family, all vehicles, persons and property are subject to search at all times. Failure to consent to a search will result in denial of entry or ejection from the event.
